USB 2.0 to 2x serial RS-232 ports Metal box (FTDI Chipset)

The EX-1332HMV USB 2.0 to serial RS-232 in a metal case provides two high performance 16C550-type UART compatible RS-232 serial ports. For both ports, there is an option to apply 5V DC power to pin 9 of the connector with an internal jumper. It is designed for PC or Notebooks to provide instant COM port expansion in a robust metal case through the USB 2.0 bus. The included EX-K1542V A male to B male cable can be attached to the EX-1332HMV with thumbscrews without the need for a screwdriver. The cable can’t be disconnect any more by himself. The EX-1332HMV has LED indicators for the data communication and optionally it can be installed on a carrier rail in a 19" rack with the article EX-6099 (DIN-Rail-Kit).
